Roof lifespan depends more on installation quality and attic ventilation than on the material alone. Poor ventilation cooks shingles from underneath, and incorrect nailing patterns void many manufacturer warranties. The useful questions to ask any roofer are about process and sequence, not only price.

Great company, excellent service. Craig was my roofing advisor and he helped me by giving me all the information that I needed.
